I got done with that segment of the course, jumped on Facebook and noticed that a client of mine (I helped her buy a home 3 years ago) got engaged. I have texted her a Congratulations text! and emoji. She responded back a picture of the ring and her smiling face. She then called me a couple days later, she and fiancé want to move in together so I need to sell her house, and fiancé's house and help them buy a house together. Her mom is very involved with her kids so while showing grandma their new home, she inquired about the home across the street being built. I said I don't know, LETS FIND OUT. Long story short Grandma's now under contract on her new home and her home is in escrow. I FOLLOWED BACK and now have 5! 5 homes currently in escrow for over 3million total with this one family. It all started with a TEXT! I think the emoji helped too ???? "
