FOLLOW BACK!!! FOLLOW BACK FOLLOW BACK!! I talked to Kyle Scott and told him id share. I got done with that segment of the course, jumped on Facebook and noticed that a client of mine (I helped her buy a home 3 years ago) got engaged. I have texted her a Congratulations text! and emoji. She responded back a picture of the ring and her smiling face. She then called me a couple days later, she and fiancé want to move in together so I need to sell her house, and fiancé's house and help them buy a house together. Her mom is very involved with her kids so while showing grandma their new home, she inquired about the home across the street being built. I said I don't know, LETS FIND OUT. Long story short Grandma's now under contract on her new home and her home is in escrow. I FOLLOWED BACK and now have 5! 5 homes currently in escrow for over 3million total with this one family. "Fact tell & Stories Sell. Because of this (combined with many other aspects of the course) my conversion at open houses has grown significantly. In the last week I attained 4 accepted offers for Buyer clients and signed a new listing. 2 of the 4 deals I just met last week and through story telling and engaging I converted them from the open and they wrote on a unit in the project within a week. From that open house and with my follow up & Follow Through, I’ve got another lead who is seriously considering writing on the project also. This would make a 100% conversion from my open houses the last 2 weeks. (Open houses are on vacant development, with gloves, mask & 1 party at a time). The question is what didn't I get out of this? For starters, this community is absolutely incredible. To be surrounded by both up and coming superstars and fellow seasoned agents is very inspiring. This course has also helped me enhance my marketing capabilities which in turn has helped with increasing the confidence within myself which in return trickles down to my team members. The course has been invaluable! I take a lot of continuing education courses, all of which I sit around thinking, "but I already know this!"
