""Fact tell & Stories Sell. Because of this (combined with many other aspects of the course) my conversion at open houses has grown significantly. In the last week I attained 4 accepted offers for Buyer clients and signed a new listing. 2 of the 4 deals I just met last week and through story telling and engaging I converted them from the open and they wrote on a unit in the project within a week. From that open house and with my follow up & Follow Through, I’ve got another lead who is seriously considering writing on the project also.
